1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vajeecare website, services, assessment tool, or booking a consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Professional Medical Disclaimer

Vajeecare provides Ayurvedic educational materials, wellness courses, and facilitates private video connections with BAMS-certified practitioners. While these practitioners are verified professionals, the information on this website does not substitute for urgent medical care or emergency services. Consult your regular doctor before changing your healthcare routine.

3. Account Eligibility & Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase courses, supplements, or book clinical consultations. You are responsible for keeping your secure account credentials confidential.

4. Payments & Refunds

All course enrollments and consultations are processed in local currency (INR) and are secure. Refunds for consultations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be processed back to your original payment method. Course refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
